Start :
On Promenade south of Madison,at the northern edge of the Ocean Palace Resort Conference Center building heading north and 12 feet 5 inches south of the center of decorative lamppost 220 LB 1833
Mile 1: On Avenel Blvd ,just after the turn from N oceanAve at the leading edge of the storm drain on Avenelon the right
Mile 2: On N Ocean running southbound,at 'The Lighthouse Strollo's Italian Ice ' on the right, 42 feet after ( south of)utility pole JC1364LBR on the right 
Turnaround: On Promenade at the northern curb of the road coming onto the Promenade, 22 feet 7 inches north of the north end of the rest room building on the Promenade and 21 feet and 6 inches south of the center of the southernmost flag pole
Mile3: On Promenade, at decorative lamp post 219 1834on the left which is just south of Madison Ave
Finish : On Promenade North of Langtry , between Greeley Terrace and restrooms, at the southern edge of the sidewalk pad and 52 feet south of the storm drain both on Ocean Ave.
